At the heart of every HTGP Series dryer is the patented Interlock Logic 3-way inlet transfer valve, proven through over one million cycles. This pneumatically interlocked system ensures precise tower sequencing, preventing premature loss of flow or pressure. Each stage of the drying cycle must be completed before the next begins, ensuring uninterrupted airflow at a constant pressure, critical for protecting downstream equipment.

Available in capacities from 200 to 3000 SCFM, all HTGP Series dryers come standard with a durable, solid-state Touchpad Controller. This intuitive controller includes a cycle hold function to preserve purge air when the compressor unloads, enhancing energy efficiency.

Also standard is the Cycle Saver dew point demand controller, which minimizes unnecessary purging under low flow or low moisture conditions. For even greater energy savings, select models offer the advanced EMCON II controller as an optional upgrade.
